Marouane Fellaini was in action on Saturday for his national side.
The £15m man played in midfield for Belgium as they beat Estonia 3-2.
Indeed, he produced a splendid pass to set up his side's second goal for Steven Defour - and he also had a goal disallowed.
Earlier, Wesley Sonck had put Belgium ahead, then Sergei Zeniov grabbed a surprise equaliser for Estonia before Defour latched on to Fellaini's pass.
Soon after though, it was 3-1 as Sonck pounced again with ten minutes left.
And then Everton's record signing had a goal - scored with his head - ruled out for offside.
Estonia got one back through Andres Oper in injury time but it wasn't enough.
Fellaini will now prepare for Wednesday's game in Turkey. He will then head for Merseyside to link up with his new teammates.
